This coppery Saison strikes a perfect balance between malt and hops. The coppery colour immediately reveals that darker malts were used, which give the beer that delightful aroma. For a refreshing touch, complex hops are used to ensure the necessary bitterness and freshness.

THE SCENT:
The scent is rather exotic and sweet, while being pleasantly spicy with a hint of hops and blackberry at the same time. The use of several aromatic hops leads to a beer with a strong and intense, yet captivating and pleasant aroma.
THE TASTE:
The MAKnifique starts out with a strong, full-bodied flavor, complemented by a robust hoppy taste and, as such, bitterness that dominates (but not in excess). We perceive a strong hint of elderflower, green apple, roasted cereals, as well as roasted chestnuts. As time goes on, the bitterness pleasantly subsides. MAKnifique is a beer that offers a perfectly balanced, mouth-filling taste, with fine bubbles.
